Tenkujin (Angel or Heavenly Person)

“Come join our mental phase”, was the Far East Family Band’s motto. Tenkujin was originally released by ‘The Far East Family’ band in Hollywood California in 1977 and is considered psychedelic electronic music. Kitaro is typically associated with this musical group along with German synthesis Klaus Schultz, in his early career, however Kitaro did not contribute to this particular album and was producing the music for NHK’s famous ‘Silk Road” 5-year TV series. We have included this album do to fan interest in Kitaro’s early years with this band. Tenkujin was never digitally remastered on CD.

Tenkujin is one of five albums this group released in that era. The other album titles are: The Cave Down to Earth, Far Out, Nipponjin, and Parallel World
