MUSIC FOR THE
SPIRIT Volume 4 The legendary Japanese composer Kitaro contributes to this album with 'GAIA' from the album of the same name with a meaning of 'Goddess of the Earth' and 'The Scroll is Read' from Kitaro's award winning original movie sound track The Soong Sisters. This album also features Nigerian drum chant Master Suru (Baba Olatunji, Mickey Hart, Santana), Tibetan flute master Nawang Khechog and Chinese Huquin virtuoso Yu-Xiao Guang. It also includes an unreleased track by Unu Mondo's Randy Armstrong, the fiery flamenco of Benedetti and Svoboda, the Pre-Columbian Mexican percussion of Louis Perez and inspired keyboard compositions of Uma, Dave Eggar and Lee Blaske. |
