The book addresses my personal one-on-one introduction of Kitaro’s music to thousands of tourist visiting my little store in the heart of Old Town San Diego. The majority of visitors were not aware of Kitaro but became impressed after hearing and feeling Kitaro’s music. One might say they became deeply sensitive and spiritually connected to the music. The majority people would openly share their experiences and project an aura of peace and return, or make contact, to purchase more Kitaro music.

However the clock had stopped at half-pass Silk Road for some of the old Kitaro fans and they were never aware of his subsequent noteworthy accomplishments and then they became my students.

My personal experience also took on a more positive outlook for my fellow man and I came to realize we are all connected. It just takes a special ambiance and peace to bring it all out. And Kitaro’s music is truly the magic ingredient.

I created the following poem to share those experiences:

Magical Meeting Place

The World came to me, I greeted the World
And the World allowed me to feel its pulse.
Liken to a manifestation of fluttering butterflies,
Some would land and linger
To be caressed in their full beauty
And then released
Unharmed to continue their Sacred Journey.
Our Purpose fulfilled… for now.
